Today, 12,000 adults and children in Nevada County may go to bed hungry.
Today, we need your help to continue to provide quality, wholesome food for those who need it.

Interfaith Food Ministry has provided supplemental food in Western Nevada County since 1987, serving over a million seniors, families with children, and single adults. Now, the new building on Henderson Street provides more food storage and the ability to serve a greater number of clients.

Interfaith Food Ministry works to reduce food insecurity in Western Nevada County.
We feed the hungry, helping to sustain good health and human dignity.


Interfaith Food Ministry is a nonprofit dedicated to providing supplemental food to families in Western Nevada County.  We receive no government funds. We rely totally on donations of  money and food and the work of 450 volunteers.
