Those using the reservation system will experience much less wait time and will still have the same food choices.

To make a reservation
1. PREFERRED: CLICK HERE to get to the online portal and follow directions to set up your account, request your day and timeslot, and choose your foods. You will need to log back into your account a day or two later to make sure that your reservation request has been approved.

2. OR Call 530-273-8132 and ask to set up a reservation, if leaving a message please remember to speak clearly and slowly and leave your name, call back number, and the day and time you want to make a reservation for.
This will take a few minutes as we will be asking you your food choices.
3. If you don’t cancel by phone or online and you miss your reservation, then you will not be approved for a reservation for one month.

What to Expect:
- Do not arrive more than 15 minutes early for your reservation.
- Please follow the same traffic pattern we have used for the last two months.
- Your name will be checked against the reservation list by traffic control.
- After your name has been confirmed you will be allowed to move into our lot to the booths.
- The checkers will check off that you are here, make sure there are no pending actions, and have you select the ask fors of the day. Then they will provide a placard with your reservation number.
- When you get to the loaders station they will take your placard and load your order that will be packed already and waiting.
- You’re on your way after waiting only 15-25 minutes instead of 60-90+!
